[Achaea] Party Class Checker (for everyone!)

Good for raids, team spars, and any party situation!
Notes
- Does use GMCP.
- Not sure about dragon support yet
- Includes buffers to prevent illusions from triggering the tells
- Makes use of Svo deleteLineP() to remove prompts altogether

When everyone in your party has Class Checker installed, any person within the party will be able to use the alias 'classcheck' to prompt everyone for their instant feedback and report the count moments later.
All Achaeans are free to use the system.
