Darmir's Speech Type Package

I wrote this package to learn mudlet and lua. I had a script like this when I played using CMUD and I wanted to port this over.
This script let you talk currently with a stutter. I know some of you hate people with speech impediments but that is life. Anyways, I have started to code in other speech impediments but they aren't finished.
Any comments about the code would be welcome.
