[Feature Request] Scrollbars on user user windows

Topic says it all, really. I'd like to see scrollbars added to user windows when they open or move past the point where you have to scroll up. It's not really a huge issue if you have a mouse or an area on your touchpad for scrolling (see: synaptic touch pad manager) but I've found that some people can't actually scroll without it and it creates difficulty with those people.

I'd stick with having them default to no scrollbars, with the option to enable them. Good idea though.

Then make sure it can be toggled via the code. Like:
openUserWindow("chat",true)
