macro on arrow keys not available?

I had not noticed until now, because I only ever want to use these macros when I'm a class that fights with poisons, which I had not been for a long time.

I can't macro ctrl+left_arrow
up_arrow, down_arrow, right arrow

Is that at all possible? (It isn't a big deal, but if it is easy to include it would be pretty nice. The more available macros, the better.)
