keybindings with inputs

i guess the other post i did vanished. anyways, i have mudlet 21 linux and want to do a keybinding that accepts input, w\o scripts\aliases\triggers if possible, so that i can cast my attack spells any such and such character on aardwolf. right after pressing the associated binding it asks for input and goes from there as if i did it by hand. eg, i press f7 and it asks who i want to cast the spell on and from then on the rest of the spells work as normal in battle. thanx for any help you can give.
