How not to echo the command you have given?

Is there a way to not echo the commands I am giving to mudlet?

In Settings->Input Line uncheck "show the text you sent" and it will stop echoing commands you type to the screen.

I want most of it shown, only some aliases that i press be substituted with the sent commands.

Doesn't send have an echo true/false optional setting. Something akin to send("this stuff", false) for no echo send("this stuff", true) for an echo?

Yes, but I assumed since Filion had a thread about that and I'd answered him already that this one was for stuff he actually typed into the command line.
