So I am new to the Mudlet Mud client and I am trying to use the Mapper for aetolia. Now when I am wandering the realm sometimes when I go up or down the mapper does not change levels. Is there a way that I can fix this besides clicking the + or the - sign on the mapper? It is very frustrating

I think this issue (of centerview() having no effect) happens when you select another area in the dropdown list of all areas. If you scroll all the way up to the area without a name - does it work then?

Also make sure that you have GMCP enabled in your settings, that fixed the problem for me when i first started.

I don't select different maps when moving I was just trying to climb staircase in spinesreach and it didn't want to work. Where do I go to enable GMCP?
