how to gag regular special characters?

Post by Zaphob »

Hi, I am new to Mudlet, but I already like it and its documentation very much!

However I have a problem with my MUD, which seems to keep sending me some special characters? They actually do have such a functionality, but I confirmed I turned it off.

Now I wonder, how to remove them from my output in Mudlet? They not only come every few seconds, but also add a new line, which is really very annoying.

I already tried my worst to create a trigger for these chars, but in the trigger menu, they would only be pasted as blank characters, so I could not continue.

Please advise! Thanks!

OK, nevermind. It was a broken object inside the MUD that kept sending these characters, and it was now shut down. Thank you for your interest.
