Button ticktimer with status colour and press efect

Can someone tell me how can do the following:
A button with ticktimer and colour: that means I spell like stone skin and the button have to be in one colour (means spell active) when spell get out have a tick timer out and button have to be red and at the end of tick timer button get in other colout that means we can spell it again with alias or maybe too with press that button?
