Mudlet - Forum

I am trying to play a sound file in a simple trigger. I am triggering on sub string beep. i have ticked highlight and selected foreground and background colours. I have ticked play sound and selected the sound file to play. The trigger highlights the beep sub string but doesn't appear to play the sound file.
What have i missed.
I am running mudlet 4.10.1 on Ubuntumint 20.04.01 LTS

If you are on Linux you have to install certain packages to play sound. Once someone posts the answer here perhaps we could get that added to the wiki. Many people have done this in the past, so the answer will come up.
