HTTP tunnel/port forwarding

Does anybody know of a publicly available tunnel on port 80, or perhaps port forwarding on port 80? My ISP blocks anything that's not on one of the HTTP ports which makes it impossible for me to use Mudlet... As far as I can tell it's not filtering non-HTTP packets, merely blocking anything that's not going to an HTTP port.
