Mapper Download - Lusternia

I can't seem to download the most current map from Lusternia. I have updated everything I can. My issue may be related to the fact I am on version 2.1 since this is the only version I could install. I am on my work laptop and it's locked down pretty well. I can't upgrade or install any other version. All help is greatly appreciated!
