Taskbar icon does not flash on new activity [Win 10]

Despite ticking the box, unticking the box, pinning the icon, unpinning the icon and rebooting, the taskbar icon does not flash on new activity. halp. This is in multi-view and single-view.

Humm, I wonder if there is an issue with the Qt library function that does that on the Win10 platform...
