Infamous / Mark - Who

I'd like to create a script that will check the honors of everyone listed on QW in Achaea and generate a list of those that are Mark or Infamous.

Using QW the input would look something like this:
Duprel, Plyth, Raelynn, Zinia, Kazu, Miad, Talik, Runei, Trey, Darogan, Shirley,
Kunama, Khar, Kydin, Tygrin, Arelas, Tarnath, Dunn, Keneanung, Mioswen, Anke,
Alcreadia, Danya, Isaak, Mathonwy, Nerwen, Shaco, Sarieno, Dracot, Karai, Gregor
, Hesa, Averia, Sten, Munrogh, Corien, Dariela, Juliet, Pharaus, Ushu, Naeth,
Ariafel, Dhurga, Rayver, Kinley, Ayleth, Shirszae, Saphron, Shycia, Henrietta,
Taley, Rangor, Erigale, Buob, Adarian, Alexan, Brekahn, Tarkanian, Mina,

Plus another 39 whose presence you cannot fully sense.

Anyone mind pointing me in the right direction on how to accomplish this?

I'm working on one, but I'll probably be a while at it. It's low on a long list of priorities right now.
