windows version? hardware?

Can you run Mudlet-1.1.1 instead of the Mudlet-1.2.0-pre4?

mingwm10.dll is a dependency for anything compiled using MinGW and QT, so far as I know. It has to do with threads.

I had though it was distributed with the windows installer, though. In fact, it came with my installer (though I haven't installed on windows for some time.)

I have attached the dll for the quick fix. In the meantime, if you could check to be sure the installer still includes this dll, Heiko, that'd be dandy.

you can download it from my previous post. And it should go in the mudlet install directory... which for me on winXP sp3 is

C:\Documents and Settings\dmonogue.CPEX\Local Settings\Application Data\Mudlet

dmonogue.cpex being my username (since I'm on a domain here at work)

did you extract the dll from the zip file first? It won't let me post dll files directly, so it had to be zipped up. That could be the issue. I should have specified.

Try dropping a copy in system32 folder, I suppose. Haven't checked on win7 or vista, but in xp it's c:\windows\system32\ I believe.

Also, what version of windows? XP, Vista, 7... 32bit or 64bit?
