Commands not working - Achaea

So just recently I've noticed that certain commands just do not work. For instance I can't check any of the news right now, and many of my says are not going through. Is this something with Mudlet?

Edit pt 2: The RN command works to read the news, and it's only restricting my city and house. Still can't figure out the say problems also tells malfunction as well. EM doesn't work either, checked on Nexus and everything works fine.

you're probably capturing that input by accident with your aliases.

hmmm, gotcha. So look for something that would interfere with them....is it too much to ask for a sort of example? I just started using Mudlet like 2 days ago.

aliases in mudlet are ALL regex patterns.

So, anything not surrounded by ^ and $ will trigger in any part of a line, and cause that line not to execute properly.

Oh wow, well I've got a lot of fixing to do then. That should help a lot considering only half or so of my aliases have the ^ and $
