Deactivating Scripts

Am i missing something, or is it impossible to keep a script deactivated? Every time i deactivate then try to save the profile, or even click on another script after deactivating one, it reactivates itself.

I think I ran into that too. Though when it'll work, do know that deactivating a script wont deactivate the functions inside it - just stop it from running on muldet start.
