Mudet getCmdLine() Function

Greetings all,
I would like to know how I can get a version of Mudlet that has this feature, as noted at this link:

I've tried editing the source myself and compiling on both Windows 7 and Ubuntu, but I have had no success. Does anyone have any idea how I can get an executable version that already has this change in the source? Will I have to wait for another preview or the full release of 3.0? Please let me know what you think. Thank you.
