Patch for 'copy to HTML'

This patch makes it so the HTML code being copied is also copied into the clipboard as an HTML mimetype - so fields that accept and render it properly (ie: gmail composer, pidgin, etc...) will render it properly. Fields that don't accept it will will render the code as it is properly.

This is for the current git as of Jan 25th, 2011.
