Feature Request: Spam protect

Some muds have controls that turn off privileges (e.g. channels) when the same text is repeated X times. An option within mudlet would be nice where you can set a spam protect filter that always scans the last X sent commands, and inserts a different command (of user choice) when the same command has been sent too many times.
