It's not condescending, it's looking for a problem. The code works fine for everyone else, and it's not a system specific line of code. Therefore, something you're doing is compromising it's functionality. We can't debug it unless we know exactly what happened.

Just started looking into GMCP. I have successfully compiled the branch. I have confirmed GMCP communication with Aardwolf. I'll post any findings.

Actually, the most recent version of Mudlet comes with the GMCP branch included. Heiko seems to have had plenty of success with it on Aardwolf if I remember.
