Problem on Mudlet start with Windows 7

Hello,
Here is the error I get when I start Mudlet on Windows 7 with default installation:
This only happens with the default installation.
If you run it as an administrator, or if you change the owner for those files from Administrator (which is the default) to your user works fine.
It would be nice to make the path where files are stored configurable (maybe not in Settings panel, but at least a config.ini file) since the default path is not the most friendly on Windows 7 (C:/Users/[USER]/.config/mudlet), or at least set the owner correctly on install.
Here is the error I get when I start Mudlet on Windows 7 with default installation:
