Idea: Grey out disabled items

I think it would be nice if items that are disabled either explicitly or implicitly (via parents) had their names in grey. This way, you can easily see the state of an item even if it was disabled somewhere on top by the parent.

Additionally, if you have the 'stop everything' enabled, then everything should be greyed out.

Attached are the icons to use.

For greying out the text itself, #qt said to simply disable the item (toggle it's isEnabled flag) and it'll be greyed out.
