[Achaea] Vodun fashion counter

This is a counter for Vodun fashions on your dolls. it starts when making a new doll and probes anytime you wield one to get the number of fashions. After every fashion or vodun skill used it echos how many fashions are left.

There is also a function that creates a prompt option for Svo's custom prompt, the prompt option is @fashions. If you choose to use the prompt option, just remove the echo lines in the triggers.

As far as I know this doesn't work for Puppetry, but it shouldn't be too difficult to adjust the triggers so that it does.

The triggers are divided up by the adding fashions and then by the number of fashions used instead of which ability.

Changes to puppetry mainly require changing "vodun doll" to "puppet", and there are a few triggers that are simply different. Probably, all the actual attacks are different, but I've not tested that far.
