anyone who knows how to update it with alchemist changes? or any advice?

I wouldn't mind knowing that, as well. I tried changing it to just replace health and mana elixirs with vitality and mentality tonics, for a start, but it didn't work at all, so, any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Nevermind. I figured it out. Don't have a complete listing for the balms and tonics in it, but it's got the two I needed first, and in a new section, too!
