Install Chat, Map and Timer - Vitalia

Good night people.
I read a lot about Mudlet and read a lot in the forum.
But, I'm having trouble setting it up for the MUD from which I play.
I would at least implement in the mudlet 3 features that I saw out there from other people using:
1 - The mapping of the mud I'm using
2 - The separate chat window
3 - Apply a 75 second timer
The change in question is the World of Vitalia, does anyone know?
I do not know if I can get addresses here, but anything just calls me.
