bh (your bait) will bait your hook for you.
cl (direction) will cast your line

Will tease the line appropriately, jerk the pole to set the hook and reel in the line probably a little over zealously.

I've downloaded this script and imported it into mudlet but I'm having problems, Everytime I try to talk to my IC fiancee Barg. I get the following error:

what I see in game is :

Not sure why this is happening but was hoping you can spread some light on the problem.

It'd mean some alias there is being greedy on matching and is matching your tell. So either 'tell barg' would ignore it, or fixing the pattern so it only takes in whatever words it needs would work

tried tell barg instead but it does exactly the same thing if i put tell infront of his name or not

Ok, then the alias is being greedy at the start of things - there is no ^ in the pattern at the start.

i've added the ^ and doubles checked that the $ was at the end of each alias and it works perfectly without any errors now, Thanks Vadi! your a star
