Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released
Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released
No, I haven't uploaded pre7 for Mac to sourceforge because of the console bug. There has not been a pre6 release for Mac, so all you can get is pre5 or the broken pre7.

I think that's what I said at the start >.>Heiko wrote:No, I haven't uploaded pre7 for Mac to sourceforge because of the console bug. There has not been a pre6 release for Mac, so all you can get is pre5 or the broken pre7.
Anyway, good to know you're working on it, and thanks again for responding.
Bug: permanent timers
There seems to be a bug, both in pre6 (Windows 7) and in pre5 (OSx), where a repeating timer (such as one to keep me connected. Every 2 minutes it sends the "exits" command, from the 'command' field, not the 'script' field.
When I restart Mudlet, it will not send this command until I open the timers page of the script editor and disable, then enable that specific timer. After that it works as expected.

Git version works on Debian
I think 1.2.0-pre6 is in git. Whatever version is there, it compiles and runs ok on Debian sid on amd64 arch.
Are there any Debian packages being built? If not I can probably build them.

Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released
Not for pre-releases, so go ahead.
Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released
I can actually do more than that and keep a Debian package maintained in the main archive. I'm just checking to see noone else is doing it and so duplicating work.Vadi wrote:Not for pre-releases, so go ahead.

I do maintain the Ubuntu PPA. If by the 'main archive' you mean the Debian one, then by all means, go ahead...
Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released
echoLink needs fixing still for it's 1.1.1 behavior.
Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released
OK the Debian packages are on their way and have already been built and uploaded to ftp master. It will take a little while for them to be checked and then they should be available at the usual Debian archives.
The version is 2.0-rc1~20110116. The first part of the version is what the git download called itself, while the second ismore of a Debian-specific thing and is just a date.
