MXP will be in 1.1.0. So far my private working copy supports links, popup menus, variables and frames.
It needs to be polished though before being released.
No plans beside we'll do it someday, because the whole reason we made Mudlet was so that we needed a good base for the mapper. But there's a lot more work to do in Mudlet first.
