Hi, ive put an geyser mapper into an container, and it maps just fine,
but buttons below, ie Area dropdown not working

You probably need to use centerview( <roomId> ) to put the mapper on an existing room - the mapper will be unresponsive if it doesn't have an idea of where you are and until it does know it won't do much if asked to show a different area - after all how does it know that it is a different area...!
