Right click room moving

When moving room(s) in the visual mapper, whatever room or rooms I've selected shift about 100 pixels to the right once I click 'move' and move the mouse. This often makes it difficult to move rooms where I want them to go as sometimes the mouse will end up outside the borders of the mapper where I can't set the rooms down. Is this a known issue?
Edit: Upon looking further, I realized what actually matters is right clicking in the center of the mapper regardless of where the selected rooms are. The further you click away from the center, the more off the rooms are going to be. It's a minor gripe considering you can still move the rooms, it's just a little unwieldy until you realize how it works.
