Btw, to import a map, you just press the load button:

I made a guest post on that yesterday or a few days ago and it's still not approved in regards to map conversion.

The link to documentation is no longer up. Does anyone have a copy of the docs?

We must wait for Thuvia to post in her forums the saved topics. We are waiting for imm response about that.

As a (former, now too busy coding Mudlet to MUD much) WoTMUD player I should perhaps remind Vadim that that the "Download latest map provided by your MUD:" button/option is specific (and hard-coded) into the C++ source code to work with IRE Muds (specifically Achaea, Aetolia, Imperian and Lusternia)
only and does not appear for other MUDs. {Those provide an XML map from a location (
https://www.XXXX.com/maps/map.xml) where XXX is one of those MUD names}
It is now possible to import a suitable XML map file for those OR any other MUD that has been downloaded - but at the present time there is not such a thing for WoTMUD {yeah, a skeleton one for WoTMUD is on my TODO list} - also the format that those IRE MUD Maps use does not include room descriptions as those MUDs use an out-of-band protocol to provide them and the room vnums, and the latter are NOT hidden from the players unlike a certain other MUD we are talking about here...
