Adding Evade as a Movement Type

I've unsuccessfully tried to create a few functions that would use evade on every movement by copying mmp.move(), mmp.gotoRoom(), mmp.gotoArea(), mmp.doSpeedWalk, as well as created a copy of the alias goto (.+) that uses those functions. As of now it will only evade on the first room, or will just travel one room at a time. Evade takes balance when used. If anyone could help me out with this it would be much appreciated the command for evade is 'evade direction' or 'evade north' etc.. If you need anymore info just let me know.
