Greetings,

I've been back on Avalon for some time now and figured it was time to make a mapping script. I'm hoping the community will get involved in adding missing triggers, raising issues for any bugs that pop up, or suggesting new ideas.

Make sure after installing it you relog into Avalon and then set FULLPROMPT INFO and use PROMPT INO.
(Also PROMPT BEFORE if you like so it doesn't take up two lines.)

The script itself was built using Jor'Mox' generic mapping script as a base and then adding in all the nifty features from Vadi's IRE mapper, twining them together with a little bit of in-game protocol goodness to accommodate for environments/room colouring/tracking door statuses.

Getting started is very easy:
  • MC ON - enables editing mode
  • START MAPPING - maps the current room/area you're standing in. You can provide an optional argument for the area - providing nothing will default to the area provided by protocol. This alias can also be used when moving the current room to a new area.
Aside from that, there are a number of other aliases you can use to ease the process of mapping. Make sure to look through them all.
