Re: Mapper Menu Add-Ons Script

Thank you for this script, the safeDelete feature is exactly what I was missing to make mapping easier.

Re: KDE using included theme "Breeze Dark" results in some elements being nearly impossible to read, how to fix?

I am in the same boat (I'm using KDE on both Linux and FreeBSD - and I am also experimenting playing with Kvantum {which is also dark by default}) and it is on my short-list to nuke all the colouring on those widgets so that whatever theme the user/desktop manager/OS supplies gets used. I am so hap...

Re: Is there a way to indicate on the map, that a direction leads to another zone?

Excellent, thank you for this information, more for me to tinker with and explore, to get my mapper working I used some code available on github, it may be that the code is not doing all the things that it should be. I also seen in the 3.17 notes that there is a new mapper script available I am goin...

Middle click scrolls the main or other console down to the current line (gets rid of the split that appears when it is scrolled up).
Thank You! I was actually wondeering what gets rid of the screen split quicker, I had been just holding down page down.

Re: Returning Aardwolf player after 10 years, previously used zmud.

Thanks! I appreciate that. I will keep tinkering with it! Also good to know that when no room is selected that it operates on the player room. In my case the options instead DO NOTHING, so it seems maybe its supposed to work on the player room but is not. for example if no room is selected, with onl...

On Discord Kasa suggested I can "use ALT+CLICK to drag the mapper. Be careful it's a little sensitive" however while using KDE(Linux) when I try to ALT+LEFTCLICK to drag the mapper, it attempts to move the entire MUDLET application It seems that KDE already makes use of ALT+LEFTCLICK to re...

Re: KDE using included theme "Breeze Dark" results in some elements being nearly impossible to read, how to fix?

I am thinking maybe if Mudlet used a more neutral color instead of the yellow and pink backgrounds?

This way the font could look good and readable on either light or dark themes, but maybe there is another way to accomplish a readable font while using a dark theme on KDE, I appreciate any help.

Re: Is there a way to indicate on the map, that a direction leads to another zone?

I have discovered that you can right click the map and select create label. You can then use the label to indicate that a direction goes to another zones. In zmud text labels were automatically created at exits that lead to different zones. I am not sure how I feel about manually creating the label,...

Re: Returning Aardwolf player after 10 years, previously used zmud.

I actually figured out that you Must make sure the room is selected first with left click before you right click on a room and select "exits" I then see that I can manually enter vnums for adjacent rooms to make the connection. Is there a way to draw a line between the two and have both ro...

While editing a map, it can be useful to move it. Is there a way to quickly pan the map, for example middle click drag.

While editing a map, it can be useful to move it. Is there a way to quickly pan the map, for example holding down middle click and dragging? I see there are little direction arrows at the bottom of the map that you can left click on to nudge the map in a given direction, but was hoping for a way to ...
