Re: Mudlet 3.0.0-gamma (preview #3)

As a slight addendum to my last post in this thread, the issue causing Mudlet to CTD when double clicking on the timestamp also seems to occur in some manner when just clicking the far left region of the main scrollback. I have had it occur more than once now without even having the timestamp view o...

Most efficient way to handle this?

Problem: I'd like to replicate the function of Aetolia's config option to display generic combat messages(example: Person uses FERALITY SLASH at Person.) I like the well-written combat messages in IRE games, but having generic messages would make a lot of my coding in Imperian easier. The message fa...

Re: Mudlet 3.0.0-gamma (preview #3)

Downloaded and installed the Gamma and tested with arrow key navigation through settings trees and that's working fine now. No more blanking of scripts. I tested something else and I'm still seeing an issue with the search feature in the aliases/triggers/scripts/etc editor and another bug causing a ...

Re: Mudlet 3.0.0-beta (preview #2)

Yeah, I guess I'm just not actively noticing when it does turn blank. In other news, after fooling around for a minute I found a very quick way to replicate it. I'm not sure if this is exactly what caused this issue on the instances where it happened during normal use in the past, as I very rarely m...

Re: Mudlet 3.0.0-beta (preview #2)

If the script is disappearing while I've got Mudlet running, I've yet to notice. My issue is that with normal use and saving the profile and closing Mudlet properly, I can load the same profile I was using and a script can just be empty. It doesn't run at all at that point. It could be that the scri...

Re: Mudlet 3.0.0-beta (preview #2)

I'm having the same issue that Omni mentioned on the Alpha thread. Occasionally when exiting and restarting Mudlet, I lose entire scripts. I have yet to find a way to replicate this issue reliably, but it's hitting regularly enough to make me consider jumping back to 2.1. Seems to only occur when I'...

Re: YATCO 2.3

Here's a temporary solution until the copy function is working properly again. Note that it won't properly preserve all formatting in captured text, it just paints the whole line one color(presumably based on the formatting of the first letter of the capture): If you haven't modified the function de...
