Re: Python for Mudlet

Merge? Wouldn't it slow us down trying to run two interpreters simultaneously? Also, make variable interpretation more complicated?

Re: Console/Label Affliction tracking

I wrote that for a blademaster, actually. Helped me to lock in brokenstars when i knew what my opponents actually had. Broken limbs could just be made into a category (I think i actually had one set up initially) so it would display on it's own. I never got into the stick figure thing, though I know...

Re: Ubuntu

I, for one, really don't like unity. I can not explain exactly why. I just don't. On the other hand, I -love- gnome-shell on Gnome3. KDE is an alternative. I used to really like it, but with KDE4 I found that I just didn't feel as attached to it anymore. Most people either love it or hate it. You ca...

Re: Console/Label Affliction tracking

I don't think there's a need to use buttons. It's a lot faster to manipulate text than images and I'm a fan of lightweight.

Re: Console/Label Affliction tracking

This is what i use to track my opponents afflictions. It is just a text only display, but has some nice functionality as far as sorting and output color. Keep in mind this will not work as a standalone script. It depends on certain other functions in my system that are not included and should only b...

Re: Windows 8

No, swype is a cool keyboard that keeps you from having to lift your thumb from the keyboard at all. It works ok but I had problems with the prediction. Thumb keyboard is a keyboard designed for tablets, but also works on regular phones as well. It just seems way more intuitive, and splits the keybo...

Re: Windows 8

A port of Android's "Thumb Keyboard" would be wonderful. If you've never used it, it spreads the keyboard out to match either side of the screen edge and is extremely easy to use. The auto-complete is surprisingly good. In fact, it's the -only- on screen keyboard I've ever been satisfied w...

Re: Windows 8

I'm waiting for devices to start coming out supporting linux with Gnome 3. You can tell the interface is designed to be used with a tablet device.

I think I read a rumor somewhere that Ubuntu has plans to implement this.

Re: Feature Request - show line number

I go back and forth on this subject in my mind a lot, but in the end I keep my scripts separate from Mudlet so that I can easily load them into multiple different profiles without worrying about importing, or having something be outdated on one profile without knowing it. I abstract everything in my...

Re: ctrl+shift+v

Well tbh I've started using a clipboard manager and would love it if it wasn't spammed with useless entries every time I highlighted :/ When do you highlight in Mudlet without intention to copy? Why would you? It's tricky highlighting anything in Mudlet, I can't imagine wanting to do it without a v...
