Re: Priority Curing System - Trying to Match Values in a Table

you could. There are more elegant ways to do it though. For instance, if you wanted to you could do something like this: priorities = { "paralysis", "stupidity", "weakness" } cures = { paralysis = "bloodroot", stupidity = "goldenseal", weakness = "kelp" } for _,thisaff in ipairs(priorities) do if af...

Re: Mudlet API requests

Didn't mean to add anything to the UI. Just that in a multiline/and trigger, if only one of the patterns is a regexp the matches table would automatically be set to that entry in multimatches. No UI cluttering required.

Re: Mudlet API requests

New request - if a multiline/and trigger has only one pattern of type 'perl regexp' whose number is num, the matches table should equal multimatches[num]. Most of the time when i use multiline/and triggers I'm really just making a shielded regexp. In such a case I always have the first line in my sc...

Re: keybind issues

can't '-' be used in character classes to specify ranges, though? Such as in [A-Za-z]

Re: keybind issues

Your point is a good one. I would move towards using something like [\w\-_']+ since that still excludes spaces and other characters never found in names, like % or @

Re: Mudlet API requests

/me also needs to get the patch that fixes mudlet api error messages to say which function they come from in as well As that would be. Also, if you could maybe look at the way debug messages sometimes get the line wrong (saying the error comes from line 2 in a 1-line script is the one that made me ...

Re: O.o

aye, I've done that before too! I think it is a bug, just not a very important one. Certainly not a useful one. I wonder, can you save the profile like that? Does the trigger still fire? Even when all other triggers/aliases are turned off via the bottom right button?

Re: Connection problem with non-IRE mud

No idea what the problem is or how to solve it, but whoever will figure it out will need more details. name of the mud/port to connect? Which protocol it uses? Etc.
