Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released

I figure that turning gmcp on required a restart before it was actually ON, but I may be wrong. I for one had some issues with the option "sticking". I checked it, saved, restarted, and it didn't seem to have stuck--- did this a second time and it did. Just FYI. There's some issue around ...

Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre6 released

I've uploaded pre7 for the mac to http://ixokai.io/get/Mudlet-mac-1.2.0-pre7.zip (latest always at http://ixokai.io/get/Mudlet-mac-LATEST.zip)

This version contains uh, some functions to map non-IRE/GMNP/MMP muds. Or something. Heiko will have to elaborate, I'm just his personal build slave :)

Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre4 released

I was so excited about the mapper that I sort of stopped playing and held my breath and waited for the 1.2 release for mac. Now that it's out I am so disappointed to learn that the mapper doesn't work with the mud I play. Seems like I'm still waiting for something else... Will the ability to simply...

Re: Mudlet-1.2.0-pre4 released

This is the first mac preview for 1.2.0.

For me, when I open the map, it does indeed look all jumbled-- but only while it says while its downloading the map.

Once the map is downloaded, it resets and I see a pretty 3D map of where I'm at.

Re: osx mudlet settings crash

Are you doing anything besides hitting settings?

The first time you open settings on the mac its SUPER slow. Like, SUPER super slow. So are you hitting it hten maybe-- hitting again? Clicking around? Anything like that?

Or do you hit settings, and it crashes immediately, or?

Re: SavedVariables.lua

Okay: From Finder, hit Command-Shift-G A little window will pop up. Enter in, carefully: ~/.config/ That's tilde, forward-slash, dot, config, forward slash. Finder should then open up the .config directory which is normally hidden (I can't for the life of me remember the default setting to enable hi...

Re: luasql in mudlet

You didn't actually make the change that I suggested. Change it as:

Code: Select all

db:create("all_people", {all_folks={all_names=""}}
Though I'm nto sure why the renaming is going on.
