Ubuntu Installation

I've had Mudlet on my 10.10 machine since the day 10.10 officially came out. I was playing with 11.04 yesterday, wiped the drive and reinstalled 10.10. I reinstalled Mudlet and everything looked fine, but it was not added to my menu and I don't seem able to find the location for the file to manually...

Re: What Mud do you play?!

I don't play any these days, although I used to play Lusternia.

Now I'm just waiting anxiously for Tears of Polaris and Lithmeria.

Re: Mudlet Mapper preview

I don't seem to have any luck at all. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips and I'm still left with a blank map area and an error saying Target room cannot be found in map db. when I click inside of it. EDIT: Can ATCP interfere? I tried on Imperian rather than Lusternia where I have no system, and...

Re: Find alias ala ctrl+f

Does this script work in version 1.1.0? When I download it and use it, I get something that looks like this in the output when I do 'mfind shuyin': 3028: <0,179,0>Shuyin has been slaughtered by the awesome might of Romero Talnara, Her Soldier. 3028: <0,179,0>5302h, 4345m, 4755e, 10p exk- HSPFA Targe...

Re: Introducing: Mantis for Lusternia - Beta Release 5.0

The only thing I can imagine is that by having wrapwidth at 90 when the trigger fired (I changed it aftewards) it may have messed the regex up. However, it seems unusual that it would trigger if the line was split up. So, after changing it 'struck' by itself no longer affects the system, however the...

Re: Introducing: Mantis for Lusternia - Beta Release 5.0

This trigger activates the brokenLeg affliction: Luxon has been slain in The Pearl of the Amberle by Starstruck Emeralda, Winter's Blossom. In fact, the word 'struck' alone suffices. Looking at the trigger which contains 'struck' though, it should be impossible to fire alone. Also, I can't seem to f...

Re: Targetting help

Make sure your alias is activated. It's something that is unique to Mudlet, as far as I am aware of, where you have to create the item, then activate it before it'll work. Hopefully it's something so simple!

Timestamps in Logs

I tried to find a previous post about this, but there doesn't seem to be one.

Is it possible to include timestamps in logs? Desperately need this, so any help would be much appreciated.

Registered Event Handlers

So, I'm either not understanding the manual very well or it's not complete yet, but see how this goes. If I add a registered event handler to a script, let's call it biggun, I can then raiseEvent(biggun, argument) inside of, say a trigger and it will then parse through that script. There is also men...
