Mudlet doesnt install packages

HI there,

I have an issue when trying to install a package via package manager. I choose the .rar file and click install, a tiny windows appears briefly but I see no package appear in the manager window. When I go to profiles, I see that the folders are there. When I go back to package manager, I still see no packages. I would be most grateful for any advise!

Although packages can be compressed. the compressed file handler uses the zip format NOT the rar one (apart from anything else the rar encoder is not in the public domain under even a F.O.S.S. licence, never mind not being GPLed), I suggest you try unrar-ing it first...!

I resolved it. I had a previous mudlet install backup which I used in the end. I was then able to install the packages. So something went wrong somewhere with the mudlet installer and my new laptop (windows 10)
