Mudlet Freezes

Hi guys

Suddenly while im trying to open my achaea client..it wont open
I have been using it since version one..currently im on version 2.1

It opens the loading screen, then nothing further from entering my name

I was able to play earlier and now nothing
Yesterday the same thing

I had a tech restore our router to factory settings to kick uninvited quests

Help would be much appreciated
