Right after connection with Mudlet 2.1, the client sends the string 'Core.Supports.Set []' to the server, which causes some problems with the MUD I'm playing on. I gather this may be related to GMCP, but the GMCP setting on mudlet is disabled and it still happens (fresh install).
Is this a bug or is there some non-default setting to turn this off?
Thanks, Sagil
Extraneous message after connect: Core.Supports.Set []
Re: Extraneous message after connect: Core.Supports.Set []
This is clearly a bug im some some Lua scripts that are run on startup. It's unrelated to Mudlet.exe so you can fix this yourself by editing the respective Lua file in the sub folder mudlet-lua of your install directory. Search for this message string and uncomment the respective send call.
Re: Extraneous message after connect: Core.Supports.Set []
See http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php? ... 692#p15692 - it's something that'll be fixed in the next update.

My name is David, and I'm the owner of XIAIX (xiaix.com). I recently had a Mudlet user try to log into XIAIX and he ran into this problem.
This Mudlet issue, as of today, is still having this issue. I have posted a fix on my forums and have tested it successfully to work with XIAIX. My forum post is here: http://www.xiaix.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=843
Thank you.
