Feature Request: Automatic logging

I would frequently like to log my MUD sessions. However, I often forget to log the session until after everything I wanted to log was gone.

Would it be possible to add a feature to Mudlet to allow it to automatically start logging as soon as a connection starts?

We'd like to eventually get rid of the built-in logging for a Lua replacement. You can do it right now with Wyds logging script - just have it setup to log on the profile start, and that'll do for the most part.

I've made a patch that will keep the logging enabled after you restart the profile if you've enabled it. This way, you can enable it once and until you turn it off, it'll stay.
