Re: Fedora 24/25/26 (both i386 and x86_64) build
It's not very difficult, only time consuming, because fedora guys are usually very busy and usually have very few time to inspect new packages. The question is whether it's necessary. Fedora copr is kinda like ubuntu ppa. And I doubt it will be easy to push necessary lua libraries into the official ...

Re: Fedora 22/23/24 (both i386 and x86_64) build
I have two news. Fist one is that I bumped package in repo to kappa version (also up to fedora 26). Second, and most important is that I've found my inner strength and also packaged the lua libraries which mudlet usually wants to load on connection to server. Their installation instructions (in case...

Re: Fedora 22/23/24 (both i386 and x86_64) build

Fedora 26 up to rawhide build
Hello guys! I like mudlet a lot, and was having troubles without mudlet on my new shiny fedora. Since I couldn't find any mudlet build for fedora, I had to create my own on the copr (fedora user repos). Information could be found here: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/wyvie/mudlet/ To install...

Re: problems compiling Mudlet from source code
Thank you very much for the answers, SlySven. Paths are a difficult question for nixos, since every package in that distro has it's own location, and has no access to other directories, everything has to be in the same directory. I've already bypassed it and made a build script for nix successfully....

Re: problems compiling Mudlet from source code
Hello. I've been using mud for a while now on ubuntu and debian, and every time i installed it from repos. Recently i switched to NixOS and was quite sad to find that there's no active package for mudlet in nixos repos. So i made a build script myself, taking the last commit from sf git. This is whe...
